Brett Hoffmann was born in Australia, but moved with his family to Europe at age three, beginning a lifelong love of travel. He returned to Canberra to complete high school before attending ANU, where he completed degrees in Law and Arts. He worked in both the public and private sectors and was a partner in a global management consulting firm advising large Australian and multinational companies before leaving to pursue his secret dream of writing novels.
He lives in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD with his partner Julia and their dogs Dax and Odo.
